    Climbing three flights of stairs with luggage was exhausting after a long day of exploring. Communication regarding check-out times was poor.

    Appreciated Rome, the hotel was gorgeous and great in central Rome. The location was marvellous, the staff were really kind. Besides, it was close enough to Central and sightseeing spots, restaurants, cafes and ice-cream places, and the railway station.

    It was a bit tricky to find the entrance at first. the location was a perfect base for exploring the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Plus, Ercole gave us a customized map with local spots and dining suggestions, which was super helpful. The room was spacious, and we loved the homey vibe!
